That's it for me this week on the romance front

I WAS all over the cup upsets on Saturday, but that's it for me as far as romance is concerned, particularly having had to put up with Valentine's Day this week as well.

Stoke are comfortably the most vulnerable of the Premier League teams in action on Sunday as they travel to Crawley, but few top-flight teams are as well equipped for a battle as the Potters.

For all Tony Pulis's complaints that officials are trying to get rid
of the tackle - surely you can see the difference between a tackle and a foul tackle, eh, Tony? - Stoke still put themselves about in no uncertain manner.

And as long as they compete in theirusual way, then they have enough quality to sink the League Two favourites.

It's hard to know what to do with Tottenham and Liverpool at such short prices, but I can't let two matches go without a passing interest and Tottenham look the most reliable.

I've read that Harry Redknapp might be tempted to rest players with a north London derby against Arsenal coming up next week, but surely at the moment he might be more likely to leave men out against the Gunners.

Even with a few changes his team are far too good for Stevenage and the double result might be worth a look.

Liverpool should do the business, but would you trust a team who have won only four league matches at home in the league all season? I'll leave that one alone.

B Munich v Chelsea

Home Win Draw Away Win
Key stats
  • Chelsea have scored two goals or more in four of their last six fixtures
  • Bayern Munich have kept just one clean sheet in their last six matches
Expert verdict
Chelsea have battled their way through to the Champions League final against all the odds and look decent value to lift the trophy. The Blues have rediscovered a winning mentality under Roberto Di Matteo and can take advantage of an overrated Bayern Munich team who were outclassed by Borussia Dortmund in the German Cup final.
