9-4 Arsenal stun Chelsea in FA Cup final
ARSENAL upset odds of 9-4 to win the FA Cup as the Gunners beat Chelsea 2-1 at Wembley.
Aaron Ramsey was the hero who ended Chelsea’s double dreams, scoring immediately after Diego Costa had put ten-man Chelsea back on level terms.
The Gunners controlled the first half and were given the perfect start when Alexis Sanchez, 8-1 to break the deadlock, duly obliged after just three minutes and 49 seconds.
Gary Cahill twice cleared off his line inside the opening 30 minutes, while Danny Welbeck and Ramsey also hit the post as Arsenal totally dominated.
Chelsea had Victor Moses sent off in the second half but the 2-5 favourites still got back into the game only for Ramsey to go up the other end and secure Arsene Wenger’s record-breaking seventh FA Cup success.
Arsenal are 10-1 with Hills to win next season's FA Cup, while Chelsea are available at 6-1.
