Rested legs can lead to more away heroics
I must admit, I didn't see West Ham's win at Manchester City coming but I'm in the mood for some more away heroics in the Premier League.
Crystal Palace look a cracking bet to win at Tottenham – they've got so much attacking quality (something that can't be said of Spurs at the moment) and they've also had a nice week off while the Lilywhites were in Europa League action.
As someone who's been advocating the policy of sitting around having a break for most of my working life, it's good to see professional sportsmen finally realising the benefit of a rest.
Brendan Rodgers left half his squad at home for Liverpool's Europa trip to Bordeaux on Thursday but I still think Norwich could cause the Reds a few problems at Anfield.
The Canaries might not be able to do a West Ham but both teams to score looks a fair bet in this one given the way the three promoted teams have gone about their business this season.
And there's only one way to prepare for a busy Sunday of punting – I'm resting myself from the breakfast washing-up squad.
