Money is on misery not magic for Warrington
AFTER the excitement of Newcastle beating Chelsea it's hard to work up a head of steam about Sunday's Premier League fare.
West Ham v Swansea should be entertaining but Villa v Leicester looks like being the complete opposite between two teams short of confidence and struggling for goals.
So it's time for a little escapism to the magic of the FA Cup, and you'd be hard pushed to conjure up a more unlikely tie than Gateshead v Warrington.
Gateshead fair enough, they've been knocking around the Conference for a while, but the last time I had a bet on a match involving Warrington they were playing St Helens in the Silk Cut Challenge Cup.
Exciting times for the club, and they did brilliantly to see off Exeter in the first round, but Gateshead won't be complacent with a place in the third round at stake.
This could get ugly for the plucky minnows against another lot of slightly bigger but no less plucky minnows, and I'm lumping on Gateshead 3-0 and 4-0.
