Bookmakers impressed by Clement choice
A NUMBER of bookmakers have cut Derby to win the Championship after the club announced Paul Clement as their new manager to replace Steve McClaren.
Clement, who had last worked alongside Carlo Ancelotti at Real Madrid, was given the thumbs-up by bet365, Coral, Hills and Ladbrokes with the four firms cutting the Rams, although Boylesports and Betway are still laying 11-1.
Bet365 rate County 11-4 to be promoted and 2-5 to finish above local rivals Nottingham Forest.
