British and Irish quintet 40-1 to party in Paris
SHANE LONG’S late leveller for Ireland at home to Poland in a 1-1 draw has left Martin O’Neill’s side in the hunt for European Championship qualification and there could be plenty of familiar faces in France next year.
England are almost assured of a spot in the 24-team finals, Northern Ireland and Wales are basking in the glory of fantastic wins over the weekend, while Scotland and Ireland are involved in a mighty scrap to make it from their tight section.
Boylesports rate all five teams 40-1 to reach the finals, while Hills are confident that Wales (1-2 to qualify) and Northern Ireland (1-5) will be partying in Paris with Scotland (11-10) and Ireland (15-8) also in the hunt.
Hills are 11-10 that at least four of the five make it to Euro 2016, exactly three is available at 11-8 and no more than two can be backed at 4-1.
