Bruce and Clark move to head of Wolves boss list
STEVE BRUCE and Lee Clark head the betting on the next Wolves manager on Monday night after previous favourite Alan Curbishley reportedly pulled out of the running for the Molineux post as the interview process continued.
Bruce, axed by Sunderland in November, is a 13-8 favourite with bet365, Boylesports and Coral while Clark, Huddersfield chief until last week, can be backed at 7-4 with Betfred and Blue Square.
Curbishley has drifted out to 16-1 in the lists on Mick McCarthy's replacement alongside Blackpool boss Ian Holloway and Brian McDermott.
Roy Keane and Graeme Souness, at 12-1 with BetVictor and 14-1 with Boylesports respectively, are two other names seemingly popular with punters if not yet openly-favoured by Wolves chairman Steve Morgan, CEO Jez Moxey and the rest oif the Black Country club board.
