Cahill 5-6 to get nod for England's Tunisia clash
THURSDAY'S friendly against Costa Rica will be the final opportunity for England players to impress manager Gareth Southgate before their opening World Cup Group G game and bookmakers believe Gary Cahill has probably done enough to start against Tunisia on June 18.
The Chelsea defender is 5-6 with Coral to start against the north Africans after he scored the opening goal against Nigeria at Wembley on Saturday.
Southgate looks set to adopt a three-at-the-back formation and Cahill is being widely tipped to play alongside Manchester City's Kyle Walker (1-10) and John Stones (1-6).
The Three Lions follow their clashes against Tunisia and Panama with what is being tipped to be a crunch match against Belgium in Kaliningrad on June 28.
That date will be just two days before Belgium's Marouane Fellaini is set to see his contract at Manchester United expire and Betway have suspended betting on the former Everton player joining Arsenal.
United are set to boost their midfield resources by signing Shakhtar Donetsk's Fred for £47m.
Meanwhile, new West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini has signed Fulham defender Ryan Fredericks on a four-year deal.
