Celtic complete treble in dramatic final success
Celtic left it late before sealing a tremendous treble thanks to a 2-1 victory over Aberdeen in the William Hill Scottish Cup final at Hampden Park.
Tom Rogic's dramatic winner at the death sparked wild scenes of jubilation in the Celtic end as they finished in the domestic season in perfect style, although the odds-on favourites were made to work hard for their third trophy of the campaign.
Jonny Hayes put Aberdeen in front before Stuart Armstrong quickly equalised and the second half was mainly constant Celtic pressure with Dons goalkeeper Joe Lewis forced into action on several occasion to keep the Bhoys at bay.
However, Lewis was finally beaten by Rogic just as the final looked to be heading beyond normal time.
