Chelsea book place in Wembley FA Cup final
Chelsea secured a place in next month’s FA Cup final with a comfortable 2-0 win over Southampton but the Blues are slight underdogs for their showdown with Manchester United at Wembley on May 19.
Olivier Giroud and Alvaro Morata bagged second-half goals for the London side who are 9-5 with bet365 to win inside 90 minutes.
United beat Tottenham 2-1 in the first semi-final on Saturday and are 13-8 with Sky Bet to equal Arsenal’s record of 13 FA Cup triumphs.
Southampton rarely troubled Chelsea and will turn their attention to Premier League survival.
Saints are 18th, four points adrift of safety with four games left to play and are 4-9 with Betfred to be playing in the Sky Bet Championship next season.
Stoke are 1-9 to go down after they could only draw 1-1 at home to Burnley, while Swansea are 7-2 to take up one of the remaining relegation places, with West Brom at 1-250 all but down.
The Swans were thumped 5-0 by new champions Manchester City at the Etihad and sit 17th in the table with four games remaining, although three of those fixtures are at home.
Arsenal thumped West Ham 4-1 at the Emirates in Arsene Wenger’s third-last home game as Gunners boss. Luis Enrique is the 10-3 favourite to replace him.
