England young guns 5-1 to bring back trophy
ENGLAND are 5-1 second-favourites to win the European Under-21 Championship which begins in Czech Republic on Wednesday.
Gareth Southgate’s side start their campaign against 6-1 shots Portugal on Thursday and are housed in the more difficult Group B alongside Italy and Sweden.
Germany, who face Denmark, Serbia and the hosts Czech Republic, are seen as the 9-4 market leaders but it is England hotshot Harry Kane who heads the Golden Boot betting at 6-1.
Kane is 13-8 with Ladbrokes and Paddy Power to top the England goalscoring charts during the tournament with Saido Berahino next on the list at 9-2.
