Harry pain sees Spurs eased for the title

TOTTENHAM have been pushed out to 13-8 with Paddy Power, Hills and Betfair to finish in the top four of the Premier League as the north London club sweat on the fitness of Harry Kane.

The England striker scored Spurs' winner in their 1-0 victory over Sunderland on Sunday but sustained an ankle injury which was being assessed on Monday.

However, bookmakers reacted to the sight of the 23-year-old being carried off the field on a stretcher with Paddy Power and Betfair pushing Spurs out to 22-1 from 18-1 to win the title.

Kane was 7-1 second favourite behind Manchester City's Sergio Aguero to be the Premier League's top goalscorer at the start of the season, but the possibility of a sustained period on the sidelines and two goals in Tottenham's opening five games have seen him drift to 12-1.

Spurs are 10-3 to win their Champions League group after they suffered a 2-1 defeat to Monaco at Wembley in their opening encounter last week.

Stoke boss Mark Hughes has attracted more money to be the first top-flight manager to lose his job this season after the Potters' 4-1 defeat at Crystal Palace on Sunday.

It was the third time they have conceded four goals in a league game this season and the former Manchester City and Blackburn boss is evens with Hills to be the next manager out of the door.

He was 6-4 after their capitulation at Selhurst Park and West Brom's Tony Pulis is 3-1 despite his team's 4-2 win over West Ham on Saturday.
