Hiddink backed to be new Leicester boss
GUUS HIDDINK has been the subject of a substantial punt to be named the next Leicester boss and is 11-10 with Betfred and Ladbrokes to get the job.
Former Chelsea manager Hiddink was available at 20-1 on Thursday but the money has kept coming and he’s odds-on with several firms.
Neil Lennon is a drifter and out to 15-8 with bet365, while Sam Allardyce is 14-1.
Another man who could be heading to the Foxes if the money is right is Charlie Austin, who has been backed with Betfair, Betfred and Ladbrokes to move to the King Power Stadium.
However, Betway still offer a hefty 10-1 that Austin is at Leicester after the summer transfer window closes.
The club have had an opening offer of £12m for Austin rejected and his side QPR are believed to be holding out for over £15m, with 11-8 Newcastle considered his most likely destination.
