Injured Carroll 66-1 for Golden Boot next term

ANDY CARROLL’S future remains uncertain but Boylesports rate him 66-1 to win next season’s Premier League Golden Boot whoever he is representing.

Liverpool have accepted a bid in the region of £15m from West Ham for Carroll’s services but some reports have suggested the burly target man is holding out for a return to Newcastle.

Whoever signs Carroll will have to be patient after he was ruled out for up to four months because of an ankle injury which means he will miss England’s matches against Ireland and Brazil and almost certainly the start of the next domestic season
