Ireland boss odds-on to be next in at Goodison

MARTIN O’NEILL can no longer claim to be Leicester’s greatest manager but he is still held in high esteem and has been touted as a replacement for Roberto Martinez if the under-pressure Spaniard is removed from the Everton hotseat.

Ireland’s Euro 2016 campaign is the first thing on O’Neill’s agenda, but he has been all the rage in the next Everton manager betting this week and has been slashed to 5-6 from 20-1 by Paddy Power.
