O'Driscoll strong favourite for Robins post

SEAN O’DRISCOLL is long odds-on to become Bristol City’s next manager after the Championship strugglers sacked boss Derek McInnes.

BetVictor rate the out-of-work O’Driscoll 1-5 to move into Ashton Gate despite the former Doncaster and Nottingham Forest manager reportedly having turned down the advances of Barnsley and Wolves in recent days.

It’s 20-1 bar O’Driscoll with Steve Cotterill next in the betting, while Terry Butcher and Mark Bowen both at 25-1. Former Robins gaffer Gary Johnson can be backed at 40-1.
