Scolari names Brazil squad for World Cup

BRAZIL manager Luiz Felipe Scolari has announced his 23-man squad for next month's World Cup.

Six Premier League players have been included for the hosts, who are generally available at 3-1 to win their sixth crown and will take on Croatia, Mexico and Cameroon in Group A.

Garry Monk has been rewarded for his efforts in keeping Swansea in the Premier League with a three-year contract at the Liberty Stadium.

The Swans are 25-1 to win a major trophy next season with Coral and 6-1 to be relegated, while bet365 go 11-4 that the Welsh outfit finish in the top half of the table.

Holland coach Louis van Gaal is not expected to be named the new Manchester United manager until at least next week despite speculation that he was to be handed the Old Trafford hotseat yesterday.

He is 1-20 with Betfred and Coral to get the job.
