Spain new favourites after stuffing Turkey
SPAIN are the new Euro 2016 favourites after thrashing Turkey 3-0 in the most emphatic success of the tournament as the holders jumped above France and Germany to the head of the market at 7-2 with their closest rivals pushed out to 4-1.
Alvaro Morata scored twice and Nolito was also on target for the reigning champions, who are two points clear of Croatia in Group B after they were pegged back from two goals up late in the match to draw 2-2 with Czech Republic in a dramatic clash.
Morata’s brace saw him jump to the top of the top goalscorer betting at 9-2 with Betway and should Spain win the group they are likely to avoid France and Germany until the final.
Italy are 10-1 to win the Euros following a 1-0 success over Sweden. Eder’s excellent solo strike maintained the Azzurri’s perfect start to the competition.
