Wonderful Wales 6-4 to reach Euro 2016 final
WALES recorded one of the greatest results in their sporting history to reach the semi-finals of the European Championship after beating Belgium 3-1 in Lille.
Chris Coleman’s side recovered brilliantly from conceding to an early Radja Nainggolan thunderbolt to equalise through skipper Ashley Williams and the second half belonged to Wales.
Hal Robson-Kanu’s silky turn and finish put Wales ahead and a superb header from substitute Sam Vokes sealed a memorable success to set up a semi-final date with Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal.
Wales are 9-1 with bet365, Betway and 188Bet to win Euro 2016, while three-goal Gareth Bale is 6-1 to finish the tournament as the top goalscorer.
The only downer for Coleman came with bookings for Ben Davies and Aaron Ramsey which rules them out of Wednesday’s semi-final in Lyon.
Hills make Wales 6-4 to qualify with Portugal at 1-2. Portugal are 21-20 to win in 90 minutes and Wales are 3-1.
Belgium’s exit caused ripples in the outright market which is headed by hosts France with Germany in close proximity but Portugal are now just 16-5 despite not winning a match in normal time at these finals.
