West Brom have scored in their last eight home games
Expert verdict
West Brom upset Liverpool in the FA Cup at Anfield in January but they are unlikely to repeat the trick against the rampant Reds in their league clash at the Hawthorns.
The Baggies sit bottom of the league and their fate looks all but sealed despite last weekend’s 1-0 win at Manchester United.
The hosts should be outclassed in the end but they will be confident of at least scoring after their Old Trafford exploits.
Both teams have scored in the Baggies’ last six home games and Alan Pardew’s exit has given them a lift.
