All-English final 8-11 as Arsenal open up 3-1 lead 

Chelsea are odds-on favourites win the Europa League following a 1-1 draw with Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany while an all-English final is an 8-11 chance with Hills after Arsenal beat Valencia 3-1.

Frankfurt took the lead in the 23rd minute courtesy of a well-placed header from leading marksman Luka Jovic before Pedro levelled for Maurizio Sarri’s men on the stroke of half-time.

Sarri introduced Eden Hazard after the break as Chelsea dominated the game but the hosts stood firm in defence to stay alive in the tie before Thursday’s return leg at Stamford Bridge.

Bookmakers believe that Chelsea will cruise to the final in Baku on May 29.

The 2011-12 Europa League winners are 2-7 to qualify and 10-11 to lift the trophy – they will also seal an all-important Champions League place if they are successful in this competition but fail to finish in the Premier League top four.

Arsenal continued their fine home form in the competition as they came back from a goal behind to beat Spanish side Valencia 3-1 at the Emirates.

The Gunners conceded after just 11 minutes when Mouctar Diakhaby headed Los Che into an early lead but Alexandre Lacazette turned things around with two goals in eight minutes for Unai Emery’s men.

The Frenchman had the chance to extend the Gunners' lead in the second half, missing two excellent scoring opportunities before his strike partner Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang notched a third for the hosts in added time.

Arsenal are 2-1 from 5-2 to win the Europa League and just 1-4 to qualify for the final at the Mestalla next week while Valencia are 3-1 to stage a recovery on home turf.

Los Che are out to 7-1 to win the competition while 12-1 Eintracht are the outsiders.
