Leaders City cut for title after easy home win
MANCHESTER CITY are 4-7 for title after they beat Fulham 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium to move three points clear of Manchester United at the top of the Premier League.
The result was never in doubt from the moment Kun Aguero converted City's early penalty and it was 2-0 at the break when Chris Baird scored an own goal. Edin Dzeko added a third after the interval as the Citizens made it 17 straight home wins in the Premier League.
Arsenal can be backed at 11-4 to finish in the top four following their crushing 7-1 triumph over ten-man Blackburn at the Emirates. Robin van Persie scored a hat-trick, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (two), Mikel Arteta and Thierry Henry were also on the scoresheet for Arsene Wenger's men.
It was a terrible result for Rovers, who had Gael Givet sent-off in the first half. Steve Kean's outfit arethree points from safety and 8-15 with Hills to be relegated down to the Championship.
