Sharp Gomez should gobble up Gladbach

Mario Gomez has been in sparkling form since his return from injury and given Jupp Heynckes a real headache.

Mario Mandzukic had enjoyed an outstanding start to the season but has been upstaged by Gomez and it’ll be interesting to see if Heynckes is tempted to play them together against Monchengladbach.

That Bayern win is predictable enough – they are long odds-on for a reason. But for an interest take Gomez to score first. He’s sharp as ever and got some points to prove.
