Vardy cut to start England's first game
England's Euro 2016 odds were slashed from 12-1 to 9-1 in the wake of their 3-2 victory away to Germany but they were unchanged after Tuesday's 2-1 loss to Holland at Wembley.
Despite the disappointing outcome against an injury-hit Dutch side there were positives to take including another bright performance and a goal from Jamie Vardy, who has shortened from 13-8 to 5-4 with Ladbrokes to start England's first Euro 2016 match against Russia.
Vardy's Leicester team-mate Danny Drinkwater was named man of the match and has been trimmed from 5-2 to Evens with bet365 to make the squad.
Drinkwater may be in a straight battle with Arsenal's Jack Wilshere, who eased from 8-11 to Evens with bet365.
A positive few days for Vardy and Harry Kane has piled the pressure on Wayne Rooney but there are no signs of Roy Hodgson considering leaving out his captain.
Rooney is no bigger than 1-10 to make the final squad and Tottenham left back Danny Rose is a 1-4 chance despite conceding the penalty for Holland's opening goal.
Germany responded to their loss to England with a 4-1 victory over Italy in Munich.
Joachim Low's side are 7-2 joint favourites to be crowned European champions, alongside France, whose odds remained unchanged after they defeated Russia 4-2 in Paris.
