Danes can claim spoils in crunch Dublin clash

Ireland's push for automatic qualification for Euro 2020 has gone down to the wire but they may come up short in their crunch clash with Denmark at the Aviva.

Boys in Green boss Mick McCarthy has done a great job to keep Ireland in contention and insists he is comfortable with needing a victory to secure a top two finish, but the Danes have lost just once in their last 34 games.

Alongside France and Spain, Denmark were one of three unbeaten teams at the 2018 World Cup, exiting the competition with a penalty shootout defeat to Croatia in the round of 16 and beat Ireland 5-1 in Dublin to qualify for the event in Russia.

Aston Villa v Leicester

Expert verdict
Leicester can reach the EFL Cup final by defeating Aston Villa at Villa Park. The tie is level after a 1-1 first-leg draw at the King Power Stadium but Leicester had the better of that game, and they were also dominant in a 4-1 league win at Villa Park in December.
