Tenacious Terriers ease their relegation fears
Huddersfield leapt off the foot of the Premier League table with a 2-0 victory at Wolves on Sunday and they have been eased from 1-2 to 8-11 for relegation.
The Terriers had been 17-2 shots to win at Molineux but a double from Aaron Mooy – the first after just six minutes – gave them the three points.
And with the teams packed so tightly at the bottom of the standings that was enough to take them from bottom spot up to 14th.
Cardiff, beaten at Everton on Saturday, are 4-11 favourites for relegation, while Fulham, who ended a run of seven defeats in all competitions with a win over Southampton, are also odds-on to go down.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang struck a second-half winner for Arsenal at Bournemouth earlier Sunday afternoon but the Gunners remain outsiders for a top-four finish at 7-4.
