Hiddink favourite to replace departed Jose
GUUS HIDDINK is the bookmakers’ favourite to become the next Chelsea manager after the club parted company with Jose Mourinho by mutual consent on Thursday.
The Dutchman was quickly backed into long odds-on in places with some bookmakers offering as low as 1-12 about Hiddink replacing Jose Mourinho.
It’s 8-1 bar the front-runner with Juande Ramos next in the betting from Pep Guardiola. Carlo Ancelotti is 14-1 for a return to Stamford Bridge.
