Hudson new favourite to take charge of Terriers
Mark Hudson is the new 9-4 favourite for the Huddersfield job after David Wagner left his post by mutual consent on Monday.
The Huddersfield U23s boss leads a market which features Carlos Carvalhal (6-1), Sam Allardyce (10-1) and former Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic (12-1). Allardyce has seemingly, though, ruled himself out as a candidate for the John Smith's Stadium hotseat.
The Terriers are eight points from safety and are as short as 1-16 for the drop and 10-1 to stay up. Huddersfield's next game is a daunting home fixture with champions Manchester City.
Nottingham Forest have appointed club legend Martin O'Neill as their new manager after Aitor Karanka departed after just a year in the position.
Forest are ninth in the Sky Bet Championship and have shortened to 10-1 for promotion to the Premier League this season following the appointment.
