Neil Harris 1-2 to take over as Bluebirds boss

Neil Warnock has left his position as Cardiff manager with the Bluebirds lying 14th in the Sky Bet Championship table.

Cardiff, relegated from the Premier League last season, started the 2019-20 campaign as 11-1 third-favourites for the second-tier title and 7-2 to make an immediate return to the top flight.

However, Sunday's 1-0 home defeat to Bristol City left them 14th in the table, seven points off the playoffs and eight above the relegation zone.

Cardiff are 22-1 with Hills to win promotion this season and 8-11 with Sky Bet to finish in the top half. Their first league assignment after the international break is away at Charlton on November 23 and they are 7-5 to take three points at The Valley.

Neil Harris is 1-2 favourite with Sky Bet to be the next permanent Bluebirds boss (ten games or more if appointed caretaker/interim-manager) with Newport's Michael Flynn at 4-1, Aitor Karanka at 5-1, Charlton's Lee Bowyer at 8-1 and Chris Hughton, Wycombe's Gareth Ainsworth and Nathan Jones at 16-1.
