Sunday Premier League round-up

Aston Villa were odds-on for relegation from the Premier League on Sunday night after they were battered 6-1 at home by Manchester City and Watford won 3-0 at Bournemouth.

Villa fans were seen heading for the exits as early as the first half with their team 4-0 down at the break.

Sergio Aguero completed a hat-trick in the second half, with Riyad Mahrez bagging a brace and Gabriel Jesus also on the scoresheet.

Villa's Anwar El Ghazi denied City a clean sheet with a penalty in injury time, but it was scant conciliation.

Bournemouth are also odds-on to go down after thier horror run continued with a comprehensive 3-0 defeat to relegation rivals Watford.

Abdoulaye Doucoure, Troy Deeney, Roberto Pereyra did the damage for the red-hot Hornets, who are out to 3-1 for the drop.

Expert verdict
Chelsea are odds-on to beat Manchester United but may have to share the spoils with the Red Devils, who have two wins and a draw on their last three visits to Stamford Bridge. The Blues have taken only 15 points in 13 matches since the November international break and could draw with misfiring United.
