Fulham v West Ham

West Ham have been the fourth worst defensive team in the Premier League this season allowing over 2.00 expected goals per game. Because of this they've seen over 2.5 land in 73% of games overall and in seven out of eight away. Fulham have conceded two or more in eight of their ten games they've played against sides that aren't in the bottom six. West Ham are still likely to be without first choice keeper Alphonse Areola.

Everton v Chelsea

Chelsea have seen over 2.5 land in 71% of their away games. They've scored in five of seven and kept just two clean sheets. Everton have some central midfield issues with Onana, and Garner doubts which could leave them exposed against Caicedo and Fernandez. Everton lost 3-0 at home to United before facing a depleted Newcastle side and Forest without their star striker. Everton will be confident they can score given Chelsea haven't kept a clean sheet in eight league games and The Toffees have scored in eight of their last ten.

Cologne v Mainz

Mainz are live underdogs here. Since departed ways with Bo Svensson they have lost just one of their four matches and are inside the top six in expected goal difference per 90. Mainz first choice goalkeeper is out for this match, which may actually be a blessing in disguise because he's been atrocious this season. He's been 0.45 expected goals per 90 worse than an average goalkeeper. Cologne have won two games all season and one came against newly promoted Darmstadt.

Tottenham v Newcastle

Two make shift defences against two good attacking sides. With Lascelles joining the laundry list of injuries for The Toon Army, it's a case of can they hold up defensively against the Spurs attack. A centre back pairing of Emil Krafth and Fabian Schar doesn't fill me with confidence. The same question for Spurs with Ben Davies alongside Romero. Once the first goal goes in this game could really open up and become very entertaining. Let's just hope the players have the legs to keep the intensity up coming off a midweek game.

Stuttgart v Bayer Leverkusen

Two very good, underrated attacking sides go head-to-head in the Bundesliga main event of the weekend. You've read all about how good Leverkusen have been but Stuttgart have been just as good. They've won 10 of their 13 league matches and have created over 2.00 expected goals in all seven home games, which is really quite remarkable. Stuttgart have played Bayern and Dortmund and saw BTTS & Over 2.5 in both of them and Leverkusen the same against Bayern and Leipzig but their game against Dortmund ended 1-1.
